DQ Surface Designs – Terms and Conditions of Sale
By placing an order with DQ Surface Designs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
1.1. All orders are confirmed once payment has been received in full or as otherwise agreed in writing.
1.2. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
1.3. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
1.4. Custom and bespoke orders are non-refundable once work has commenced.
2.1. Customers are responsible for approving all design proofs before production begins.
2.2. Delays in proof approval may affect lead times and delivery dates.
2.3. DQ Surface Designs is not liable for any errors approved by the customer, including spelling, measurements, or artwork.
3.1. Production times will vary depending on the nature of the order. Indicative lead times will be confirmed upon order.
3.2. All lead times are estimates and may be affected by material availability or other unforeseen factors.
3.3. We will notify customers promptly of any delays, but cannot be held liable for delays outside our control.
4.1. Delivery costs are quoted separately unless otherwise stated.
4.2. Customers must inspect goods upon delivery or collection and report any issues within 48 hours.
4.3. DQ Surface Designs is not responsible for damage caused during third-party transit or improper handling once delivered.
5.1. Custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
5.2. Cancellations must be made in writing. If work has already begun, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
5.3. In-stock, non-bespoke items may be returned within 14 days in their original, unused condition at the customer’s expense.
6.1. Customers are responsible for following all care and usage instructions provided.
6.2. DQ Surface Designs is not liable for damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or improper maintenance.
7.1. All designs, artwork, and concepts remain the intellectual property of DQ Surface Designs unless otherwise agreed.
7.2. Reproduction or copying of our designs without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
8.1. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
8.2. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products or services.
These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
